These nine rather diverse approaches discuss the underrepresentation of women in science, institutional and science-political measures towards an increased gender justice, and in parts also necessary changes regarding scientific contents. The presented perspectives differ not only regarding disciplines, but also regarding theoretical backgrounds as well as regarding references to feminist concepts. Most contributions share an implicit or explicit emphasis on natural sciences and technology and the fact that the compatibility of family and career are presented as difficult obstacle. All in all, this is an informative overview, but not a particularly innovative book.Downloads
