This anthology deals with a topic that is still controversially discussed: Forms and History of Feminist Criticism and Feminist Resistance. While foregrounding the relation between theory and practice, the volume provides a multi-faceted, social-scientific perspective on feminist objections to existing social conditions. Even though the key questions and the findings presented are not always new, this compilation still forms an important contribution to current women's studies (particularly as a topic in social scientific research) and will invite debate.
