Andreas Hepp’s introductory volume traces the development of media analysis as a central area of research within cultural studies by summarising and critically investigating some of the most important theoretical contributions to this field. Hepp presents key texts from this field along with a historiography of media studies, and also points out the current most important areas of research.Downloads
