Abstract

In her book, Yvonne Bauer presents a multifaceted analysis of post-‘1968’ sexuality discourse, concentrating especially on explicit and implicit body and gender images. She is particularly interested in the prevalent topos within (German) sexual research of the impending ‘loss of lust’, i.e. the debate about the disappearance of sexual passion.
