Abstract

In the first part of her publication Lerke Gravenhorst argues for and justifies an introduction of the social category “gender” into the discussion on the psychological assimilation of Germany’s National-Nocialist past. In the second part she studies the gender-specific acquisition of the Nationalist Socialist history as a “negative property” by subsequent generations. The study is conducted by means of a qualitative examination of siblings, a man and a woman.
