Which norms and institutions exist on the international, regional and European level for the protection of women’s rights? Which difficulties do women face in their struggle for the recognition and anchoring of their rights in international and European law? What problems then appear at the individual state level for the implementation of such international plans? This joint work of three Austrian authors provides answers to these questions in a concise and well-readable manner. It is suitable for academics and practitioners as an introduction to the subject and as reading material for courses in political science and law that focus on developments in international law.Downloads
