Abstract

Discussions of how the right to equality is to be exactly interpreted are old. Today, it is concerned with achieving accordance between approaches developed in Germany and Europe and with being able to adequately argue for effective laws against discrimination. Nishihara’s book makes a suggestion for this, which also successfully brings together the main points of discussion.
