Abstract

The fourth updated edition of this book was published simultaneously with the 55th anniversary of the German Association of Women Lawyers and its 35th congress in 2003. It provides an overview of the activities of the Association of Women Lawyers since the beginning of West Germany. The detailed overview is introduced with an historical survey of the education and occupation of women lawyers in Germany. It is rounded off with several biographical portraits.
