Abstract

In its 23 chapters, this extensive volume offers a detailed overview of German-language fatherhood research, whereby findings collected in other countries are, of course, recognized. All relevant academic disciplines are represented with contributions. The individual essays are either theoretically oriented, contain surveys of literature, or present empirical examinations. The collection thus presents a consummate digest of the current state of research.
