Abstract

Handbuch VaterArbeit (The CareerFather Handbook) illustrates how important it is to discuss the subject of “being a father” in businesses and organizations and to initiate and apply company measures to promote a practice of fatherhood that is equitable to the child. Policy must establish the corresponding legal framework and conditions for this. Fathers should question their roles and utilize the latitude already present that promotes an improved agreement between family and job.
