This book discusses European welfare systems and the social politics of each country, as well as the societal treatment of working mothers from both micro and macro perspectives. Along side the negotiation of the accordant theoretical assumptions, each contribution exemplarily evaluates these assumptions. In this manner, the readers are offered an impressive answer to the question of how mothers in Europe combine family and employment.Downloads
