Cornelia Feider’s qualitative study examines biographies of women who participated in qualification measures for women seeking to return to their careers. Within the scope of her dissertation project, Feider interviewed 20 past participants and identified six types of women reentering professional life and examined the patterns of the course of their employment as well as their attitude toward career and family.Downloads
