This dissertation, which was written in the context of the Osnabrück “Working Group on Therese Huber,” questions the “creative potential of the subject” in its approach to gender discourse by utilizing the example of the correspondence between Therese Huber and Emil von Herder. Wulbusch analyzes Therese Huber’s relationship model, which intended on creating room for “female” spaces that did not disturb the gender hierarchy. This interesting study could have benefited from a clearer conceptual and methodological thread.Downloads
