Werner Schubert presents the to date most important unpublished documents on the parliamentary deliberations over the 1976 reform of the divorce law. This excellent volume of material primarily focuses on sources from the time between 1973 and 1976. The Anglican Memorandum from 1966 as well as the broad-reaching concluding discussion held by the Marriage Rights Commission of the Federal Ministry of Justice completes the collection. An expansive and very informative introduction makes the course of the reform accessible to readers.Downloads
