In her book Sozial Psychology of the Internet, Nicola Döring gives a rich and easily digestible introduction to the “Net of the Nets": its services, user groups, and kinds of use. She describes the main techniques of data collection, and also summarizes the actual state of social sciences’ theoretical modeling as well as important empirical findings concerning identity, interpersonal communication, and social groups.Downloads
