The collected volume appeared in Böhlau Verlag’s series “Legal History and Gender Research.” It contains essays by the retired legal scholar from the years 1975 to 1999 that in ideological and polemic form formulate positions on family and equity politics akin to those that have long been overhauled by gender research.
