In the empirical study the dynamic of de-limitation is examined as a all-encompassing social development of the past 15 years in East as well as in West Germany. On the basis of labour-sociological findings, changes in everyday ‘time-spatial patterns’ of family life, in individual self-perception, in gender relations, and in the ‘making of the family’ are being described and analysed.Downloads
