This collection offers an empirically based overview of gender relations within the company in private sector businesses. To this end, the current state of data and research on employment structures, working hours, quality of work, wages, as well as women in managerial positions is edited and analyzed. This publication, which is filled with plenty of current data and which is very much worth reading, addresses representatives of trade unions, politics, science, media, as well as entrepreneurs. Furthermore, it is also suitable for university teaching. The consistent orientation towards the business sector is its main asset.
