What is reflexive coeducation? It is a pedagogy of “enlightened heterogeneity” (Annedore Prengel), which wishes to open up the discussion on the question of gender at schools and to reach beyond the differentiated pedagogical perspective in the approach to multiplicity/difference in the school day that is currently merely based on formal equality (for example in the relation of genders). Her goal is to create “good conditions for learning processes” (Kreienbaum/Urbaniak) that make possible individual freedom, creativity, and developmental processes of children and youth in the interest of creating equal opportunities.Downloads
